About Us
Rooted in Tradition. Crafted with Passion. Delivered with Love.
Punjabi By Nature Dubai is more than just a kitchen — it’s a celebration of culture, flavour, and heritage. Our cloud kitchen concept allows us to focus on what we love most: creating unforgettable food experiences that capture the heart of Punjab.
Our inspiration comes from India’s roadside Dhabas, known for their vibrant atmosphere and soulful dishes. We’ve brought that same authenticity to Dubai, offering a perfect blend of traditional recipes and modern culinary craftsmanship. From Dal Makhani simmered for hours to Butter Chicken that melts in your mouth, every item is prepared to perfection.
Our Story — Where Passion Meets Punjabi Flavour
Every great dish begins with a story — and ours started with one man’s love for food.
Founder, Sharan Kakwani, has always been deeply passionate about Indian cuisine — the aromas, the spices, and the soulful comfort it brings. His dream was simple yet powerful: to share the authentic taste of India with the world.
While travelling through the vibrant streets of Punjab, Sharan found himself captivated by the irresistible charm of roadside Dhabas — those humble eateries where food is cooked with heart, flavour, and fire. The sizzle of tandoors, the aroma of freshly cooked rotis, and the warmth of Punjabi hospitality sparked an idea that would soon take shape in Dubai.
That’s how Punjabi By Nature was born — a cloud kitchen designed to bring the true Dhaba-style experience to your doorstep. Every recipe carries the essence of Punjab, prepared with traditional techniques, authentic ingredients, and the same rustic warmth that makes Punjabi food so loved across India.
From creamy Butter Chicken to smoky Tandoori Kebabs and hearty Dal Makhani, every dish tells a story — one that begins in the heart of Punjab and ends with a satisfied smile in Dubai.
Today, Punjabi By Nature Dubai isn’t just about food — it’s about keeping a promise.
A promise to serve authenticity, passion, and nostalgia with every meal.
Because for us, it’s not just cooking — it’s celebrating the Punjabi way of life, one bite at a time.
